Wishard replacement hospital program is a public project organized with multi prime contracts. My works in this project focused on the use of state-of-art planning technologies, including scheduling support (P6), pre-planning support (SketchUp/LayOut), BIM support (Revit/Navisworks), and other 2D/3D visualization support to provide technical expertise to the program throughout the planning/design/preconstruction/construction phases.

Jacobs provided program management services for the Ohio State University Medical Center (OSUMC) expansion program. My works in this project focused on assisting the Project Manager (PM) in all technical aspects of the project throughout the planning/design/preconstruction phase of the project, being mainly responsible for:

1) updating and revising a P3 program master schedule and analyzing what–if schedule, and providing scheduling supports to the team with P3,
2) updating program budget and cash flow,
3) monitoring and collecting project status data and producing a monthly program report,
4) providing 2D/3D visualization and pre-planning support with SketchUp (time-phased construction phasing plan, parking lots phasing plan, wayfinding study, area calculation, jobsite utilization plan, etc) for site logistics and constructability,
